Free Health Screenings & Services to support your overall well-being. These screenings are available to the community at no cost and include:

• Body Mass Index (BMI) Assessment

• Blood Pressure Screening

• Blood Glucose Testing

• Cholesterol & A1C Testing

• Vision & Hearing Screenings

• Shingles Vaccinations

• COVID-19 Vaccinations (latest approved, for all eligible ages as needed)

• COVID-19 Rapid Testing (Antigen or PCR, as needed)

• RSV (Respiratory Syncytial Virus) Rapid Testing (as needed)

• Influenza A/B Rapid Testing & Vaccinations (as needed)

• Strep Group A Rapid Testing (as needed)

• Behavioral Health Screenings, including assessments for depression, anxiety, and substance use

• Social Determinants of Health Assessment
